Stainless Steel Bellows for Vacuum Applications

The stainless steel bellows serve as an ideal solution for scenarios where standard straight-line vacuum plumbing is impractical or where vibration isolation is necessary. We offer two types of bellows: flexible hoses and flexible bellows connections.

1. Flexible Hoses: Our range of vacuum flexible hoses includes various types of flexible metal hoses designed for different applications:

• • KF / CF / ISO Flange Type: Compatible with KF, CF, and ISO flange systems, providing versatility in vacuum system setups.
  • Braided Cover: Features a braided cover for enhanced durability and protection against mechanical damage.
  • One Flange Rotatable: Designed with one rotatable flange for ease of installation and alignment in vacuum piping lines.

These vacuum flexible hoses are suitable for use in mechanical pump piping lines, offering flexibility and reliability in vacuum system configurations.

2. Flexible Bellows Connections: We offer KF compressible bellows connections, which can be bent and compressed to accommodate various installation requirements. These bellows connections are commonly used for foreline vacuum plumbing and simple high vacuum (HV) chamber ports. They are the industry standard for ultra-high vacuum applications, providing flexibility and reliability in demanding vacuum environments.

Applications:
