Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta buhar ejekt\u00f6r sistemleri taraf\u0131ndan domine edilen LRVP&#8217;ler gibi mekanik vakum pompalar\u0131n\u0131n entegrasyonu bir\u00e7ok tesiste tercih edilen bir alternatif haline gelmi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fim, ARCO, Exxon ve Shell gibi \u015firketlerdeki ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulamalarla kan\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere daha g\u00fcvenilir ve verimli vakum sistemlerine duyulan ihtiya\u00e7tan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. S\u0131v\u0131 Halkal\u0131 Vakum Pompalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Prensibi<\/h3>\n\n<p>S\u0131v\u0131 halkal\u0131 vakum pompalar\u0131 santrif\u00fcj kuvveti ve s\u0131v\u0131 halkal\u0131 s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k temelinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Pompan\u0131n pervanesi d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, s\u0131v\u0131 (genellikle su) pompa g\u00f6vdesinin i\u00e7 y\u00fczeyi boyunca e\u015f merkezli bir halka olu\u015fturur. Proses Ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Kontrol Gereksinimleri<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>2.1 Proses Ak\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong><br\/>Bir LRVP sistemi bir vakum pompas\u0131, motor, so\u011futucu, gaz-s\u0131v\u0131 ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve kontrol aletleri i\u00e7erir. Tipik bir vakum dam\u0131tma kurulumunda: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vakum kolonundan gelen ya\u011f buhar\u0131 pompaya \u00e7ekilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separat\u00f6rde gaz ve s\u0131v\u0131 ayr\u0131l\u0131r; gaz, gaz geri kazan\u0131m sistemine g\u00f6nderilir, s\u0131v\u0131 ise so\u011futularak tekrar sirk\u00fcle edilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131daki su seviyesi ve debisi seviye anahtarlar\u0131 ve kontrol vanalar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2.2 Kontrol Gereksinimleri<\/strong><br\/>Kararl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f Bas\u0131nc\u0131: <\/strong>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f sistemleriyle uyumlulu\u011fun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 0,04 MPa&#8217;y\u0131 ge\u00e7memelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vakum Kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong> A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 vakumlamay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve titre\u015fimlere neden olabilecek a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 vakumlamay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in geri bildirim kontrol\u00fc ile d\u00fczenlenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma S\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 Ak\u0131\u015f\u0131: <\/strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131v\u0131 seviyeleri veya y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klar nedeniyle performans d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flerini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in kontrol edilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salmastra So\u011futmas\u0131:<\/strong> Kuru \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in mekanik salmastralara yeterli miktarda so\u011futma suyu verilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
