Vakum Dondurarak Kurutma Teknolojisi \u00dczerine G\u00fcncel Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vakumlu dondurarak kurutma 1921&#8217;de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta ila\u00e7 end\u00fcstrisinde kullan\u0131ld\u0131 ve daha sonra g\u0131da i\u015flemeye kadar uzand\u0131. \u00c7in bu teknolojiyi 1950&#8217;lerde tan\u0131tt\u0131.
